At SlaynLay, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Returned within 12 days of delivery.

Certain items, such as custom products, and intimate or sanitary goods, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at blessinggyamea@gmail.com or +34631138930 within 12 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN).

Shipping Returns

Once you have received your RAN, please securely package your item(s) and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship your return to the following address:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Returns and Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 12 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team at blessinggyamea@gmail.com or +34631138930 to arrange an exchange.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
